We are a member in good standing with i-SIGMA (International Secure Information Governance Management Association) as well as AAA NAID Certified (National Association for Information Destruction).  AAA Certification means, we are held to a higher standard of security in the hiring of personnel, handling of sensitive information and the disposition of material once destroyed.  All of our shredded hard drive, data media and paper waste is recycled.  Our shredded paper is re-pulped and made into “new” paper products. In addition, Doma Shred is certified by the state of Virginia as SWAM (Small, Woman, And Minority) owned Micro-business.  

The advanced shredding technology utilized by DOMA Shred allows for the destruction of some metals and, therefore, does not require the removal of staples, paper clips, binder clips, three-ring binders, CDs, floppy disks, or videotapes.
